Marc's experience leading multiple simultaneous multi-million-dollar projects, combined with his deep knowledge of building systems, ensures buyers receive clear, actionable insights before making a purchase. His calm, professional approach and attention to detail help clients feel confident, informed, and protected in their home-buying decisions.
Beyond inspections, we offer customized property management and project management coaching to support property owners in maintaining their properties and navigating renovation projects with confidence. We maintain our good standing through accredited Continuing Education courses, ensuring we stay current with industry advancements.
As graduates of the InterNACHI® School's Home Inspector Certificate Program, we cover all aspects of a home's interior and exterior, from foundational elements to heating and cooling systems, roofing, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. CCPIA® delivers comprehensive education and training for commercial property inspectors—from foundational knowledge to advanced technical training. The International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP)—the industry-accepted standard for inspecting commercial buildings and reporting property conditions. Members follow the ComSOP to perform inspections and building assessments using clearly defined procedures and a consistent baseline scope. CCPIA members are required to abide by CCPIA's code of ethics.
