Guidance throughout the building permit application process to help you submit a complete package to avoid permit delays. Throughout your project we are available to answer any permit or building department related questions, and help prepare you for the various inspections.
Work Breakdown Structure & Estimate Table - $120
Preparation of a detailed step by step, task by task, project schedule. The table includes the ability to track task specific budget and actual costs so you know where you stand financially through the project. Includes up to 3 updates as you received information back from the building department in terms inspection requirements.
Scope Definition (up to 3 trades) - $240
